4. Intellectual Property

• All pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner
• Custom developed work ownership transfers to the client upon full payment
• We retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during projects

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Milestone payments may be structured throughout the project
• Final payment is due upon project completion and acceptance

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms for deliverables will be defined in project agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
